Let me tell you a small story which I heard.
There are two bus drivers. Names are Ram and Bheem. Both are very good friends. Ram is a good devote and prays God before starting any work. Ram is slow and perfect in doing things. Bheem doesn't pray God and reckless in doing things.
Ram and Bheem are drivers of same bus in same route but alternate days. When Ram is on duty, People sits in bus safely and happily because they know they are going to reach home safely. He prays God, lits the agarbhathis before starts the bus. He goes slowly, drives with care and make passengers to reach home safely.
When Bheem is on duty, people in bus holds their hearts with hands and prays God untill they get down from bus because of recklessness in driving. He doesn't pray God and lits the agarbhathis like Ram does. Bheem drives very fast.
When Ram is on duty, passengers are with confidence that they reach home safely , but not when Bheem is on duty.
50 years passed. Both retired from duty. Finally one day Ram died. Dhootas came and take him to heaven because of his bhakthi towards God. Ram is overjoyed and wants to roam the heaven. Ram starts roaming in heaven. There he saw one know face and he is enjoying with apsaars and facilities of heaven. He recollects his memory and recognizes him as Bheem. He suddenly felt jealous and asked Indra(king of heaven)
Why Bheem is in heaven, he was not a devote of God
How he is enjoying facilities in heaven, passengers didn't enjoy the travel when he was driving the bus.
How he is happy here, passengers never felt happy because of his recklessness in driving.
Indra replied to Ram,
Both of you did your job perfectly.
You didn't do any accident, he didn't do any accident.
When you were driving the bus, only you prayed the God. But, when Bheem were driving the bus, everyone in the bus prayed God.
That's why he is in heaven :p.
